Location, excelent suite ,good house keeping, ability to speak english and portuguese, bar attenders, comfort, most of the hotel staff were very helpfull, cable tv,wi-fi connection and etc...etc
Not 100% of the staff were pleasant,I stayed for two nights and paid for three because I had to come home early and they never mentioned a refund instead presented me with a 10 pesos check out bill!!!Lack of safety advise to tourists,I was robbed in San Telmo and when I asked for my directions at the reception nobody had told me it could be dangerous as I found out later via the locals

It was an amazing time. Everything very clean, staff always ready to help, wonderful coffeebreak. The room is big enough for all of our needs, very confortable bed, and the best of all: free wi-fi with great speed all over the hotel. The location is perfect if you want to go anywhere in the city, even if it's by foot.
The only thing I'd complain about is that the room is very noisy. We heard other rooms flush all night long, and I could hear even the conversation from guests in the room beside, because they talked loudly.

Helpful staff. Printer in business center for boarding passes etc. Excellent full breakfast with large assortment on the buffet.
Gymnasium has only one partly broken eliptical machine (there was also treadmill, weights, bicycle etc. that I did not use.

I had a really great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, as it was in an area where I could have a wander around and explore. The service was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry services all available. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even though they made a few mistakes with our reservation. The rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including heating, air conditioning, and a sitting area. The hotel also had a sauna and fitness studio, which were great for unwinding after a long day of exploring. I was very impressed with the level of comfort and quality service I received here.
I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

The staff were excellent upon arrival, going above and beyond to help us retrieve a lost item from a taxi. They were extremely helpful and honest throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, as it was centrally located in a busy area of the city, close to shopping areas and providing easy access to public transportation. Additionally, the hotel was clean and had good facilities.
Couldn't fault.

Great location and friendly staff. The hotel is near key tourist attractions and businesses.
The hotel had an outdated and shabby look. The room felt hot even during the winter and it was difficult to get fresh air.
